Our service is regulated by CQC, we are currently operating within the London Boroughs of Southwark, Greenwich and hopefully to cover Bexley council soon. Within the last six years, the personnel at Bluedrive Care Homes had worked with other care companies/organisations particularly within Southwark and Bexley boroughs up to the capacity of managing over 50 clients/service users at any point in time within these years.

Bluedrive Care has a good system in place in terms of policy and procedures document which covers the Care Management, Care Planning, HR & Staff welfare, Administration, Medication, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, GDPR, Risk Assessment, Safeguarding (Children and Adult), Residential Care services and Management policy document. At Bluedrive Care, we are at the initial process of ISO9001:2015 QMS certification, getting key personnel involved in the training with a view to getting qualified as a Lead Quality Auditor for ISO9001:2015 certification for the company. We are in the loop of getting started with the National Autistic Association accreditation process with a view to standardize an excellence on aiming to improve the quality of our care and support for this individual affected by an Autism Spectrum Condition.

We support Service Users in various settings which include Supported Living accommodation Projects and Home Outreach / Domiciliary Support in the persons’ own homes. All support packages provided by Bluedrive Care are designed around the individual.
